Synopsis
Tia and her brother Tony are aliens who have extraordinary powers, they can communicate and move things with the power of their minds.Tony is kidnapped by the evil Dr. Gannon and brainwashed into helping them commit various crimes. Tia and a gang of kids attempt to rescue Tony to prevent a major disaster.

7 / 10 OK, but the first film was pretty good and, especially considering the ending, should have been left well enough alone.
My Movie Rating: 5 / 10 Waste of film, should never have had a sequel.
My Movie Rating: 1 / 10 5 / 10 Typical Disney. Special effects are pretty ordinary but Bette Davis and Christopher Lee seem to enjoy overacting. Ike Eisenmann is in his teens but still manages to provide some diverting visual bonuses.
