Synopsis
Set in an outer suburb of Athens in 1974. On the surface the movie is a last-summer-of-childhood exercise, with a group of boys fooling around, challenging each other to diving dares in a concrete water cistern, and playing soccer and other such pastimes. Although the movie tends to focus on the character of Aaron and his relationship with his family and friends, it also shows how the adults cope with greater problems like the Turkish invasion of Cyprus.
