Synopsis
Ten-year-old singing sensation Billy Breen stars in this unusual ice skating musical as Tommy, a boy who gets a job at a Philadelphia ice skating rink in order to help his widowed mom get out from under the thumb of their stern relatives. At the rink, Tommy meets up with six-year-old figure skating prodigy Irene, and things start looking pretty bright. There's songs, lots of skating, and a big ice show finale.
