Synopsis

Hannibal is a nice, polite boy, but his parents think he spends too much time in front of the TV. They get him a dog Jerry, which he becomes very attached to. Jerry can't bark, but he can talk. The sneaky toy manufacturer Uncle Grandfather and his henchman Uncle Harry want to steal Jerry and this leads to various complications involving a nice dog dealer, an unfortunate glazier and a distinctive pair of police officers.
