Synopsis

Pietje Bell is the well-known rascal of Rotterdam, who has a reputation of turning everything into a mess. After getting to know some of the tricks and foolish plays of he and his gang, we follow Pietje and his friend Engeltje into a boat at the Rotterdam bay where they meet two runaway thieves Teun and Klok.
