Synopsis
Young magician Gywn (Osian Roberts) and his friend Nia have been warned to stay away from Emlyn Llewelyn (Steffan Morris), the strange boy who claims his mother lives on the moon. And yet a mysterious magic continues to draw them to him. But why? It's up to Gwyn and Nia to solve the mystery, with the help of Arianwen, the Snow Spider.
Notes
- Based on the 1987 novel of the same name by British author Jenny Nimmo (b. 1944), this novel being the second in a trilogy of books, preceded by "The Snow Spider" (1986) and succeeded by "The Chestnut Soldier" (1989). Each of these two latter volumes were also turned into miniseries, transmitted in 1988 and 1991 respectively.
- Comprising 5 episodes, transmitted September-October 1990. This miniseries has never had an official release on any format.
