Synopsis
Polleke has a lot to think about as her 12th birthday approaches. The boy she loves can?t spend time with her because his very traditional Moroccan family thinks they?re too different to be together, even though he?s lived in the Netherlands as long as she has. Her mom?s dating the goofy new teacher, while her dad (and best pal) needs her help in a big way, and her girlfriend is eyeing the boy of Polleke?s dreams. How will she stay true to everyone, but most importantly herself?
