Synopsis
Nine year old Tommy has a reputation for telling tall tales. One hot summer night Tommy decides to sleep on the fire escape -- outside the Kellerton's apartment, since it is a story higher and gets more breeze. Tommy sees the Kellertons kill a man but his parents and the police won't believe his story. The Kellertons want to silence him.

9 / 10 This movie was pretty good. I saw it on TCM and I thought that Bobby Driscoll did a great job in this movie. It isn't one of the best movies that I've ever seen but it is pretty good and worth checking out.
