Synopsis
9 y/o Simon has a lion as a fantasy friend, which has all the strengths Simon feels are missing within himself. The lion appears when Simon feels vulnerable - particularly at school, where he is bullied by 11 year old Alex. Simon lives with his widowed mother, Karin. One day, Karin asks Simon to meet Bj?rn, the man with whom she has fallen in love, and Simon soon becomes fond of him. However he learns that Bj?rn is Alex`s father - and that Bj?rn and Karin want everyone to move in together as a new family.

Eric Lager did a great job, showing how one controls himself while being bullied. There is one scene in this movie that I don't believe you will never ever see in an American film - an 11-year-old boy involved in a sleepover with a girl and sharing the same bed.
