7 / 10 1 / 10 I liked this version of this movie mainly because of Thomas Dekker. Otherwise, the movie itself wasn't great. I love horror movies but I really can't seriously call this horror. It didn't scare or shock me at all. It's worth watching for Thomas Dekker. Otherwise, if you love a scarey horror movie you might want to pass this up.
My Movie Rating: 7 / 10 3 / 10 It was okay. I mean the theme is very famous, and the actual adaptation in this version was indeed not bad. However I don't remember having been emotionally involved too much in the story - but it wasn't meant to cause that effect anyway. Thus I have to cherish the quality of the movie objectively, and so I'll give it a solid 7.
My Movie Rating: 7 / 10 6 / 10 Some good moments. That guitar (banjo?) on the soundtrack during one part of the movie made me want to throw things!
