Mystic River (2003)

This movies ending PISSED ME OFF!!. I sat through the movie completely absorbed in the story and characters. I can not figure out for the life of me how it could have ended like that. If there is any moral message in this film its "Life isn't fair" or "Bad things happen to Good people, so don't waste your time being good" or "It's not what you do, it's what people think of you that matters". All of those possible story morals SUCK!!

Good Acting, potentially brilliant story, horrible ending:(

Peter Pan (2003)

All I can say is, being a disney peter pan nut, I've waiting all my life for a live action version. I'm really surprised it took so long. This film is almost everything I hoped it would be. My only wish Is that it was longer, and it spent a little more time in the jungle with the "lostboys". Casting Jeremy as Peter was brilliant.

Return to the Blue Lagoon (1991)

Same theme, location, sites of the original. There's no fresh story ideas here. It's basically an excuse to show pretty, perfect, half naked bodies roam around on the beach. If that's what you're looking for, this movie is right up your alley.
