Synopsis
Young, spoiled Prince Horace has been given the privilege of picking a commoner to receive his spankings for him. He chooses Jemmy, a street urchin, whom the royal guards snatch and forcibly bring to the palace. However, when the two boys decide to run away, their entire relationship changes, since Horace must now depend on Jemmy to take care of him and keep him safe throughout their adventure.

7 / 10 Nic Knight would be more suited for community theatre.
My Movie Rating: 6 / 10 I've seen this well acted movie many times, but didn't realize until just now, that I had never wrote a review for it. Truan was wonderful, and SO cute doing it! I am surprised he didn't do more than he did as an actor.
A great story, played out by a wonderful cast, a must see!

9 / 10 7 / 10 A delightful film in the Prince and the Pauper mode. Here urchin rat catcher Jemmy, charmingly played with street wise ernestness by Truan Munro, meets spoiled Prince Horace played by Nic Knight, a boy actor I had never heard of before. After some adventures encountering a couple of dastardly villains on the way, the two boys become friends and each helps the other achieve a happy ending. I believe the film was originally titled simply 'The Whipping Boy'.
The only other time I have seen Truan Munro was in the BBC TV production of 'Little Lord Fauntleroy' where he played Dick, the boot boy..
