Low budget movie and it shows. At times it looks amateurish. The performances are actually pretty good and sometimes seem real rather than acted. There's no Hollywood slickness or fancy editing which seems to give it a certain sense of reality. Unfortunately like the people that inhabit this film the movie focuses mainly on the older sister whereas I'd have preferred more attention on Bryan Chafin's character. The film seems to forget that he exists for long stretches of time. He's a neglected child within the film and his character is neglected a little too much by the film.
My Movie Rating: 6 / 10
