Synopsis
A new, socialist metropolis somewhere in Hungary in the mid-1950s. Everyone comes as a migratory bird from somewhere, like Berci and his drunken grandfather or the Crane family. Berci provokes the anger of the children against himself by proving to be more skillful and resourceful than his peers. His little companion, Kati, is considered an eccentric because of her cherished goose. A friendship grows between the two children.
