Synopsis
In this award-winning film, a man leaves a monastery to become a teacher in a small rural school in Thailand in order to learn more about life in the outside world. There, he finds that one of his pupils, Ja, a mute girl, is being bullied by the other kids. She finds solace in the forest with a mysterious wild boy. But soon, several of the villagers who've tormented Ja begin to meet rather grisly ends...
