Boogie
(2008)
AKA: Summer Holiday
Country: Romania
Genre: Drama
Synopsis
On a May Day holiday by the Black Sea with his pregnant wife Smaranda and 4-year-old son Adi (Vlad Muntean), Bogdan Ciocazanu runs into his old friends from high school and is reminded of the drinking trips and sexual escapades of his younger days when he was known as 'Boogie'. Frustrated that, between his job and his family, time is no longer his to manage and play with, he decides to spend a night out with his friends, ticking off all the items on the map of his youth - drinking, games, flirting, and prostitutes. By the morning, however, Bogdan comes to an important realisation about the things that matter most to him in his life.

- Vlad Muntean, who plays Adrian 'Adi' Ciocazanu in this film, is director Radu Muntean's son.
