Synopsis
The rocket Astarte is prematurely launched into space with two youngsters on board - Jim and Pat - who find themselves en route to the planet Venus. When they arrive, they find that Venus is inhabited by six-fingered humanoids who, for some unknown reason, wear rubber gloves at all times. A hawkish faction on Venus has decided that if the Earthlings cannot be dissuaded from visiting their planet, then this pale blue dot will have to be destroyed in a pre-emptive strike! Can our young heroes outwit these glove-wearing, six-fingered fiends, get back to their rocket, and save the Earth?
