If you're a Fan of the older Sci-fi stuff, this show was made back when CGI first started. for me, it wasn't just the boys in the show that drew me to it, it was the tech too, I do give this show a 'Must Watch' rating, because back then, I was very much a trekkie!
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10I didn't like the Next Generation series at all. Never watched it regularly. I'm much more into the classic series with Captain Kirk, Bones McCoy and the other legends. They were my heroes when I was about ten.

I've enjoyed Star Trek TNG as much as the original series with Captain Kirk. This episode was quite good especially with having Gabriel Damon in it. I don't know what was going to happen to the boy having a Klingon as his mentor. Of course, TNG is greatly enhanced by having the great looking Wil Wheaton as Ensign Crusher.
Talking about guest appearances what about David Tristan Birkin who played Captain Picard as a boy in Series 4 'Family'?
