Synopsis
A gripping Victorian saga about blood rights and family rivalries. It has long been the destiny for the sons of the wealthy and proud Tremaine family of Cornwall to serve as officers in the Royal Navy, but this tradition seems doomed to end when Sir Walter Tremaine, his wife and their four-year-old son Nicholas are lost at sea in a wild storm. When, five years on, Lady Tremaine advertises across the country in order to find a distant heir, impoverished Londoner Joanna Tremaine is thrilled to discover that her ten-year-old son Gerald (Jonathan Norris) will inherit the Tremaine title and fortune. But just as Joanna and Gerald settle into their new life of luxury on the Tremaine estate, Little Sir Nicholas (Max Beazley) is found alive and well in a small coastal French village.

8 / 10 It seems to be a close similarity to Little Lord Fauntleroy, but the boys are very cute and I'd watch it just to see them!
