Synopsis
For ten-year-old Tom, life is an exciting adventure, with a home unlike any other and with the permission to spend the afternoons at the local caf?. Tom's dad Vincent, however, sees things differently: their home is a windowless stuffy garage. Yet Tom loves his dad, and Vincent will do anything to give his son's life a semblance of normality.When Patricia from Child Protection finds out about the family, she understands that this case cannot be treated by the rulebook. However, when her boss gets tipped off, Patricia is suspended and Tom put in a group home. With Tom refusing to speak ? apart from the rehearsals for the school play ? and his father now living in the streets, Patricia joins forces with Tom's school to pave the way back to a normal life for father and son...
