Synopsis
'The Hedgehogs' are a group of youngsters who battle the adults in their neighborhood to gain control of the empty space between the blocks of flats, so that they may convert it into a basketball court. However not long after they achieve their goal, they find themselves at odds with other adults who want to want to push them around.

A very interesting film with a wonderful cast and loads of problems. They fought very hard for that vacant space to use as a basketball court. They finally got it but then the coach was extremely strict and then the adults intervene--some for them and some against. They finally got those issues resolved and here comes this man returning from an overseas assignment and he wants to take over that space to build a garage for his expensive Ford car. You just don't realize all this attention on a little piece of land. A great film showing the kids demeanor through all of this--maybe if adults watch this they may learn something from these kids.
