9 / 10 9 / 10 Utterly superb film based on Pavel Sanaev's humorous novel. Sasha Drobitko is just STUNNING as the little boy having to cope with his completely unbalanced and controlling grandmother (who is also very well acted). He really is an outstandingly good actor. A modern classic of Russian cinema. Unmissable.
