8 / 10 7 / 10 8 / 10 Did anyone notice the movie had a kind of ETishness to it, that's because the Director was a student of Spielberg's! I gave this movie a BIG 10/10, because I thoroughly enjoyed Joel, he was my sole reason for watching, The era was, I believe 1978 or 79, the late 70's were the prominent years for my teen years, I could relate to some of the elements, but at the same time, some of it seemed inaccurate.
I too had never seen Joel before, he was discovered by a Talent Agency when he accompanied his older brother to an Auditioning, and to look at Joel's sweet face, it's easy to see WHY he was signed almost immediately!
