Synopsis
A perfect town. Or so it seems. Then one summer, a mysterious stranger arrives with a simple proposition and a powerful secret. The newcomer, Eli Cottonmouth, bewitches the townsfolk with his charm. His intentions concern the town fathers, and his secrecy captivates two curious boys. As Eli recreates the true essence of the community by making a miniature model of the town, he uses the boys as his eyes and ears to gather information. Armed with his ancient camera, they snap pictures of small town life. With each new photo, Eli changes the way the boys look at their town. Their childish wonderment is shattered as the boys' eyes are opened to what?s really happening. Eli's hidden agenda shocks the townspeople and threatens the existence of the entire community.

Devin and Colin were wonderful, Phillip and Jackson's friendship was so strong that it reminded me of a dear friend I'd had since I was about their age, who I recently lost, and his named just happened to be Phillip also!
This is the first I've ever seen Devin Gearhart in a movie, he was a delight! I want to see more of his work! movie get an 8/10 for overall enjoyment, the boys 10/10 for Boyability!
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10Devon and Colin lifted this average film to a mediocre 6. Colin still had some work to do on his articulation. The boys had not too difficult parts to play and they did well.
My Movie Rating: 6 / 10Finally got to see this. I agree with most people... it's been done a lot before, but the boys were great!

The boys did a fine job. I liked the ending, when the narrator actually meets his younger self, and, this time, takes him with him - which for me means reconcile himself with his past and emerge as a stroger, healthier person as a result of it.
