Synopsis
When the Krumborg's are displaced from their home for remodeling, dad decides to borrow their old apartment - and since he promised the kids a camping holiday - they put up a tent in the apartment. The crooks Boris and Ivan, have escaped prison and are planning to rob all the apartments in the building. In the meantime Stine's boyfriend Per returns from France with a funny accent and peculiar cigarettes with a strange smell. At the same time, Grunk has invited the entire kindergarten to a birthday party - without telling anyone else...
