Synopsis
Fact-based World War II story set on Christmas Eve, 1944, finds a German Mother (Linda Hamilton) and her son seeking refuge in a cabin on the war front. When she is invaded by three American soldiers and then three German soldiers, she successfully convinces the soldiers to put aside their differences for one evening and share a Christmas dinner.

10 / 10 A great boy film complete with social message. Fine performance from Matthew Harbour as the young German boy, Fritz, spending Christmas Eve with his mother in 1944. Matthew plays his part with sensitivity caught as he is between wanting to serve his country and Fuehrer and finding out the Yanks aren't as bad as he was led to believe.
