Synopsis
Divorce can bring about many terrible consequences for any couple, with the whole gamut of emotions usually pouring out among the messy procedures of legal separation. This film tells the tale of a man wracked with guilt and sorrow when his wife and son leave him, especially as he has an unusually high capacity for love. With his emotions clouding his rational thought, he kidnaps his son, leading to some strange and tumultuous life changes for everyone concerned.

5 / 10 Kind of hard to feel any sympathy for this borderline psychopath dad who kidnaps his own son. Which is of course not the problem - I watch and enjoy lots of films about unsympathetic character. But I got the impression the director wanted us to relate to him when all I could think was that he was a terrible person who deserved everything that was happening to him.
Mediocre acting throughout also doesn't help.
