Synopsis

9 / 10 Nice if uneven Tom Brown with a high concentration of charismatic young actors: Alex Pettyfer, Zac Fox, Dane Carter, and last but not least, Hugh Mitchell, who played Colin Creevey in the Harry Potter films.

10 / 10 A very good picture of Rugby college. The new headmaster shows us the inimitable British stiff upperlip. Very well done. You just wouldn't want to send your boys to this sort of school nowadays...
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10 Fine production, but that character of the headmaster was so pompously dense that I was aching to smash him almost as much as that loathesome villain Flashman.
