Synopsis
Topper has a magic pencil that brings drawings to life. This helps him fend off the loneliness of having a father at sea. One day a bright yellow rhino drawn by Topper walks off the wall and into their lives. Although Topper and his best friend Viggo, enjoy life together, Viggo's father wants the magic pencil and tries to make life miserable for the boys.
