The Cider House Rules (1999)

A great boy movie, even if the boys in the movie are little more than scenery, Fuzzy will sneak into your heart and tug on the strings! I think this was Tobey's movie debut!

The Client (1994)

One look at Brad and I was instantly in love! he did exceptionally well up against vetran actors. My favorite scene was he and the lawyer stopped at the motel, and he asleep on the bed on his stomach!

I watched Red Skelton on tv when I was barely out of diapers, he had a varity show every tuesday night on NBC if memory serves, and I've seen all of his movies! this one was one of his best, the funniest scene was Dodo's tv show, the skit called Topsy Tervey! I laugh my @ss off every time I see it! Tim Constidine was adorable!

Cold River (1982)

Pat Petersen was remarkable! He was such a cute boy, this is only the second movie I've ever seen with him starring, the other one was Alligator, I would love to see more his movies!

Cover Me (2000)

I love the fact that the story centers on chance, and how the boy is the one who usually gets Dad out of trouble, by his wits and resourcefulness, (and SO cute doing it!) I didn't get to see all the Ep's because I had to work on Sundays, I would set my VCR to record them, but didn't always remember to.

The Cowboys (1972)

I could be wrong, but I think it was Bobby Carridines character that died in the stampede! I love this movie, it was one of my first boy movies, that I watched solely on the basis that boys were in it! I'm the same age as Clay, and he was the reason I was attracked to the movie. beyond that, it's a great coming of age story, they leave boys and come back men!

Cujo (1983)

I loved everything about this movie. It had drama, suspense, and most of all Danny Pintauro. Danny is one of my favorite young actors and he did a fabulous job in this movie. I loved his performance and I loved the movie. It's definitely worth watching. I also liked Billy Jacoby, he did well also.

The Curse (1987)

6/10 because Wil was SO cute! I always liked Claude Akins too, but didn't really care for the character he played in this movie! I watched this movie on YT, it was the full movie, one commentor stated that it was Ronald Reagan that played the Step-Father, but it wasn't, Akins played the it. Wil was at his cutest in this movie, made the same yr. he started on S.T.N.G. Back at the time Wil was on Star Trek, I had a super big crush on him! and still do eveytime I see him in one these movies from the 80's!

D.A.R.Y.L. (1985)

I SO love this movie! :) I've always seen it as a unique telling of the Pinnochio story! and A rose by any other name is still a rose! A boy by any other design is STILL a boy! the ending theme song is wonderful, "Somewhere I Belong" by Teddy Pendergrass. I think the editing could've been better, other than that it's a great family movie! this movie is difficult to find on DVD, it was made before DVD's were main stream, but it can be found on VHS, Library's and Thrift stores have them from time to time.

Damien: Omen II (1978)

Jonathan was outstanding! very convincing, this movie was resposible for starting the phobia on Rott-Weilers, the scene were 2 attack the man on the bridge, I saw a show yrs. later that pointed at this theory, this movie did extremely well at the box office, so it's understandable why the phobia got started! superb acting, Jonathan and Lucas did well up against some A-List actors!

I hope this wasn't the only movie Jonathan was in, he has a strong screen presence, and he's "Drop Dead" gorgeous! :)

3/10/13 I must correct myself, I was mistaken on which movie the scene of the Rottwieler's attack on the man on the bridge, it was the 1st movie, "The Omen" 1976 with Gregory Peck and Harvey Stephens as Damien! I apologize for the mistake!

Dante's Peak (1997)

I love this movie, according to the special features of the DVD, the town the film was shot in was a town in the northern casades of Washington State, If memory serves. I had the DVD a few years ago. I enjoy this movie and watch it every chance I get, Jeremy Foley had a big boyhood crush on Linda Hamilton, watch the DVD special features, he indicates this in an interview. I thought jeremy was very watchable and did well in his role, he didn't seem like he was acting!

In the scene where Jamie's character saw the dead bodies and screamed, her scream was SO realistic, I think, to get the reaction and effect the Director wanted, they (off camera) showed her something they knew would scare the crap out of her, like a snake, spider, or something, her reaction was too realistic to be just acting!

Dark Skies (2013)

WOW!! Dakota was amazing, All Dakota Goyo Fans must see this movie! Kadan was wonderful too, especially the scene where he goes outside in his undies! lots of shockers, I loved the intimate Sibling scenes between Dakota and Kadan.

I found this movie very enjoyable, mainly because there wasn't ANY blood or gore scenes!

Darkness Falls (2003)

A decent suspence thriller, but not a must see, it has a fair amount of boy time, Lee does well, don't let your kids see this film, it will make them fear the tooth fairy!

Over all, it was watchable because of Lee!

David & Kamal (2011)

I wasn't too impressed with the acting, but the boys were great! what they and the rest of the cast lacked in acting ability, the two boys made up for in their cuteness, especially Yani, WHAT A CUTIE!! the movie is definately worth a look just for them! not a must see, but not a don't bother, either!

David Copperfield (1999)

Daniel comes from an acting family, so it's natural for him to be so talented, he is adorable as David, those white pants he wears in the dock scene made me melt in my shoes!:)

Bob Hoskins was a delight, as always! A great version of the Copperfield story! I could watch it again and again!

The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951)

Billy had a lot of acting experience by the time he was in this classic! I thought he did very well! Actor Michael Rennie was relatively unknown by American Audiences, That's why he was chosen to play Klaatu, back in the days of Technicolor, Directors would often choose Black and White film to make a movie, because with it, the Audiences focused more on the characters than the scenery! in the scene where Gort carries Patricia Neal to the spaceship, she had to be rigged with a Crane to help the stunt actor in the suit carry her, he couldn't lift her by himself!

I like this movie much better than the remake! I like Jaden Smith and Keanu Reeves, they both did well, but when I compare one movie to the other, the remake doesn't hold a candle!
