Synopsis

When lonely young boy Roland Wright (Philip DaCosta), who lives unhappily in a council flat with his father Ron and stepmother June, escapes from a gang of local bullies in a malfunctioning lift, he finds himself transported to a strange fantasy environment where the people he meets are twisted versions of those he knows in his ordinary life. In order to get back to the real world, Roland must acquire a number of keys, overcome his enemies, and become King of the Castle.
