Synopsis
A group of boys bands together to survive after being stranded on a deserted island in this nail-biting family adventure based on a story by Jules Verne. But when a huge storm shipwrecks a boatload of menacing criminals onto their island, the boys find their peaceful coexistence threatened. Now, with danger closing in, they must draw on all their resources to stay alive -- and to find a way to escape the island for good.

For a moment I thought I was on the wrong movie with the preceding low ratings. Yes I agree this could have been a better movie if it was professional rather than some school project. And to have a group of boys romping about on a deserted island should be anyone's cup of joy, in spite of how the movie was made or by whom.
