Synopsis
Toni Darder has dedicated his working-life to a youth rehabilitation centre on the outskirts of Barcelona, but now on the brink of retirement he feels like a failure. The arrival of the Maghribian street kid Tariq seems to herald a change, and this time for the better. Dealing with the realities of drugs, domestic violence, social inequality and racial tensions, Fuerte Apache is a story of second chances, and of keeping hope alive when all seems lost.
