Synopsis
Sergeant Pepper is a dog in danger; he has received a large inheritance from his late master and the dead man's estranged, grown-up children are willing to do anything it takes to get their hands on their father's fortune. When he trots into Felix's back yard, the two strike up a conversation, since Pepper possesses the very special gift of being able to talk to children who believe in miracles, and become fast friends. But a little dog can only do so much, so Felix and his sister Felicia intervene to save Pepper from the greedy clutches of his next of kin.
