Synopsis
Magnifico is a 9 y/o who tries to live up to the name his father gave him. Living amid poverty and suffering he tries to soothe the woes of his family with his good nature. When he promises his youngest sister Helen, who is afflicted with cerebral palsy, that he?ll take her to the carnival, he ends up having to carry her on his back. He also begins fondly making a coffin for his gran which, however, awaits a different occupant...
